To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all spreadsheets or other records documenting all of the solar projects, wind facilities, geothermal projects, and other onshore renewable energy projects, including transmission lines, that have been proposed, are moving through the review process, or have been recently permitted by BLM on federal lands within Nevada. This request seeks the agency's most up-to-date spreadsheet or summary of such projects.
I am a reporter for The Intercept, The Nation and other outlets. See the document attached to this request for an example of the kind of records I seek --- but an up-to-date version please. If the agency also has a similar spreadsheet that also contains all renewable energy projects that are pending or being reviewed across the entire continental U.S. I would also like to obtain that.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
