Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A list of all solar projects that have been approved on BLM in Nevada or are are currently going through BLM Nevada's permitting process. If maps are available, I would also ask that you include a map with this information.
I also seek a list of all geothermal projects that have been approved on BLM land in Nevada or are currently going through BLM Nevada's permitting process. If maps are available, I also seek a map with this information.
Finally, I seek a list of all lithium mines that have been approved on BLM land in Nevada, or are currently going through BLM Nevada's permitting process. If maps are available, I also seek a map with this information.
I am a reporter for The Intercept and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
