Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The is the first of a series of requests for documents from the BIA webpage. I have previously requested the Photo Album and the Chairman's Memos. Now I'm requesting the contents of certain files listed on the Sitemap. In your acknowledgment letter, under the Subject Line, if you would please write "BIA Webpage Folder Contents" it will help us to track these requests.
The Sitemap for the BIA Webpage include a series of folders called "Document Libraries" and then a number of "items" in each folder or library. I am asking for the "items" that are contained in the following "Document Libraries":
1. Clerk's Office Library
2. Communiques
3. Criminal
4. Documents
5. Emergency Library
6. En Banc
7. Executive Office Library
8. Images
9. ITO Library
10. Style
11. Training
12. BIA Forms
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
