To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

From the BIA Web Page , under the subfolder entitled "Clerks," we are requesting a series of documents, including documents contained at the links for:
"Mission Statement,"
"Clerk's Office Closures,"
"Organization Chart,"
"Immigration Court Contacts,"
"Teams by Cluster,"
"Base City Assignments,"
"Clerk's Office Telephone Directory,"
"Protective Order - September 2010,"
"Case Storage ROP Request Form,"
"BIA Request for ROP Form FOIA,"
"Federal Court Remands - August 2015,"
"Abbreviations & Acronyms,"
"BIA Case Flow Process Overview,"
"Clerk's Office Glossary,"
"Clerk's Office Organization and Functions,"
"Clerk's Office Quality Checklist,"
"Color Tab Chart 2015."

Finally, under the heading "Quick Reference Guides," I'm requesting the document at the link entitled "Accessing Reports in CASE."

For each of these links, we are requesting a complete copy of what is contained when that URL is selected in a web browser. If the link goes directly to a .pdf document, we are requesting a copy of that .pdf document. If the link goes to a new web page, we are requesting a copy of that webpage (a screenshot is fine if it is readable, but otherwise "print to PDF" would be preferable).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Matthew Hoppock
