Mr. Sobonnya:

MuckRock is in receipt of the 49 pre-processed pages, postmarked August 31, 2012. Please clarify whether additional responsive documents exist relevant to Barney Rosset, publisher of Grove Press. Many of the documents seem to pertain more to Grove Press than to Mr. Rosset in particular.

In particular, we expect that the FBI is in possession of memos or briefs giving background on Mr. Rosset himself. Mr. Rosset reportedly drew the title of his autobiography, "The Subject Was Left-Handed," from his FBI file. This language, which appears nowhere in the documents sent on August 31, is suggestive of the existence of additional documents.

Thank you for your assistance with this request.

Best regards,
Shawn Musgrave
