This request, under the Freedom of Information Act, pertains to the August 28, 2017 meeting between Hilcorp Energy Company ("Hilcorp") and Department of Interior ("DOI"). According to the attached calendar, the meeting was attended by Jeffrey Hildebrand (Hilcorp CEO), Justin Furnace (Hilcorp Director of External Affairs), Katharine MacGregor (DOI Deputy Assistant Secretary), Ryan Zinke (DOI Secretary), Downey Magallanes (DOI Deputy Chief of Staff), Vincent DeVito (DOI Counselor for Energy Policy), Scott Hommel (Chief of Staff), and Christine Bauserman (DOI Office of the Assistant Secretary).
As it relates to the above-referenced meeting, I request the following:
1. Records, correspondences, and documents exchanged between representatives of Hilcorp and DOI from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017;
2. Briefing materials, internal memorandums, and talking points prepared or produced for internal DOI purposes from March 1, 2017 to September 1, 2017;
3. A complete and accurate record of all attendees if it differs from attached calendar.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am following up on the status of my request filed on February 26, 2018. I am curious as to when the Department is planning on releasing these documents. I spoke with a representative in the FOIA office on or around May 16, 2018 and he told me it should be ready within a few weeks. I would be happy to discuss this further or refine my request if it's burdensome.
When do you think these records will be ready? Is there a date range that you would be comfortable in designating when I would expect a release? Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing back from you.
