Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all audio and/or video recordings of interrogations, interviews, depositions, statements, or other communications of defendant Chanel Lewis, and any officer(s) employed by, or representatives of the NYPD, or other investigating law enforcement agencies, relating to the homicide investigation of Katrina Vetrano

-Any and all audio and/or video recordings of interrogations, interviews, depositions, statements, or other communications of defendant Chanel Lewis, and any representative of the Queens District Attorneys Office, and in any capacity, relating to the homicide investigation of Katrina Vetrano

With the exception of information designated as exempt by statute, any otherwise available medical and/or autopsy's reports, medical examiner notations, toxicology reports, or other reporting s of medical relevance submitted, obtained, introduced as evidence, or filed as exhibits in the homicide investigation of Katrina Vetrano and/or the case of State of New York vs. Chanel Lewis

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
