Good afternoon Mr. Koebler,

I am the FOIA Analyst assigned to process your request. The program office conducting a search for records is seeking clarification on a few items in your request.

Please define internal communications? Are you seeking emails or memos? If you are seeking emails, provide names and/or titles of the sender and/or recipient of the emails. In regards to the reports and guidance, are you only interested in records related to the joint press conference (attached to your request) and eradication efforts of Asian Giant Hornets? If there are other records related to AGH of interest, provide a description of those records.

and;

Item 5 of your request: "Any presentations or other documents prepared about Asian Giant Hornets"
Please confirm that you are only interested in final records (no drafts) specifically prepared for AGH? And confirm whether you are interested in internal or external records? Or both?

I look forward to hearing back from you. Once we have clarification on the records you are requesting, we will move forward with processing your request.
