Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all reports, forms, memos, samples, sampling data, or other records that document positive test results/ positive detections of African Swine Fever in wild or domestic pigs that were tested as part of APHIS's African Swine Fever surveillance efforts as described in the agency's ASF Response Plan: The Red Book (July 2023). This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2023.
I am a reporter for The Guardian, The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
