This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All environmental reviews, evaluations, reports, and related materials regarding uranium mining and uranium mines in the Kaibab National Forest and other locations in Arizona. [For reference: http://www.alternet.org/environment/beyond-unacceptable-judge-oks-uranium-mine-grand-canyon]

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received the below/attached request from the National Park Service because you clarified your request on October 23, 2015 to “information on areas only within the Kaibab National Forest in Arizona.”

This request essentially is identical to the request that was rerouted to us from our Washington Office FOIA Service Center on October 26. Therefore, the two requests will be combined. However, I still need clarification to the “and other locations in Arizona” part of the October 26 request.
