Good Afternoon AJ Vicens,

Pursuant to the NSF FOIA regulations, you must state in your request a willingness to pay fees in order for us to begin processing your requests. Please see language below from our regulations:

A request which otherwise meets the requirements of 45 C.F. R. § 612.3 is perfected when you have reasonably described the records sought under § 612.3(d), and agreed to pay fees under § 612.3(e), or otherwise met the fee waiver requirements under § 612.10.

Hello,

Thank you for helping me figure out the best way to get this done in a reasonable way for all parties. Per our phone conversation on Sept. 23, 2020, I'm happy to figure out the best way to make this a rolling request that produces materials as they become available. We discussed perhaps starting with the forensic reports and photos, and perhaps video if that isn't too onerous, and working our way through the list from there. Perhaps after initial materials are made available, a more targeted search of emails, memos, or other materials associated with this incident would be possible.

Thank you again for your help, and please don't hesitate to reach out if we need to clarify any additional items.

Best regards,
AJ Vicens
