Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public reports state that the city of San Jose is in communication with Apple regarding this homeless encampment on company property, near a separate airport that the FAA has requested be cleared : (https://www.vice.com/en/article/n7bqdd/apple-homeless-camp-silicon-valley and https://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2021/07/06/facing-removal-from-mineta-sj-airport-homeless-encampment-on-apple-site-is-growing/)

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:

1) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), from both remote and in-person meetings between Apple, its representatives, and this office concerning the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport and surrounding properties from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

2) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) as well as documents, (including but not limited to PDF, word processing, excel, and slide documents) that mention Apple, Destination: Home, and/or a homeless encampment located at N 1st Street and Component Drive from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

3) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) with Apple representatives from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

4) Any digital communications with employees of the city of San Jose between Jan. 1, 2021 and the time this request is processed

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
