Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Applications and correspondence between officials at the Department of Energy (DOE), the consortium named the Appalachian Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub, and the "project development partners" of the Appalachian Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub project (ARCH2) .

The ARCH2 project is one of seven sites selected by the DOE as a "clean hydrogen" hub, announced Oct. 13, 2023. "Following a Request for Information in Spring 2022 to solicit public input, DOE solicited applications for H2Hubs with a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) in September 2022, and conducted merit reviews of eligible project submissions in 2023."
