Any FBI documents that would identify any federal agency in D.C. (required by law) to investigate and/or prosecute federal prosecutors allegedly conspiring with state prosecutors, conspiring with private actors to perpetrate fraud on the United States.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
