This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I request all records related to or mentioning Anita Perry's participation in Department of Energy delegations and foreign trips. Records should include, but are not limited to, written and electronic correspondence regarding her participation, records related to the cost of her travel, her qualifications, and her official duties and schedule as a member of these delegations. I also request all memoranda and records related from the Office of General Counsel's review of Anita Perry's participation in department delegations.
The Department of Energy press office confirmed Anita Perry's participation as a delegate in at least two foreign trips in this E&E News report:

As a member of the news media, I request a waiver of fees for this request. I am a reporter whose work has been published with McClatchy Newspapers, The Investigative Fund and Al Jazeera English. I am currently pursuing journalistic projects in the employ of outlets including The Investigative Fund, Climate Home and MuckRock. I am requesting this information for the purposes of newsgathering for MuckRock.com.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
