Yes, you may eliminate news articles. Thank you.

From: Department of Interior, Office of the Solicitor

Good morning,

The SOL FOIA Office is continuing to process your request. In our search for potentially responsive documents, several litigation reports attached to emails were pulled. These reports range from 30 to 60 pages each. The keywords "NextEra," "MBTA," "bald eagles," and "golden eagles" come up on only one or two pages of the lengthy reports, and the rest of the report is not responsive to your request because they do not contain any of the keywords whatsoever. We want to provide adequate and responsive documents to you, so would you be willing to exclude these reports? Alternatively, would you agree for us to release only portions that mention the keywords (subject to applicable exemptions) and to redact the rest of the report that does not mention the keywords?

Thanks very much.

Sincerely,
Maiuyen Lenguyen
