The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of April 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Amtrak Board of Directors Agendas and Minutes for April 2020
On August 10, 2020 your office acknowledged this request with a letter that was sent via email. The letter stated that, "the estimated date for a response to your request is April 5, 2021.
Two years past with no further communication regarding this request.
On October 4, 2022 your office acknowledges this request again with a new letter that was sent via email. This letter stated that, "the estimated date for a response to your request is 12-04-22."
With this letter I kindly request that you please now provide me with the requested information. I would like to also kindly suggest that you review your systems and procedures because, at least in this case they would appear to me to not be working correctly.
