I have previously been published in Le Monde Afrique, IRIN News, Sydney Morning Herald, African Arguments and others. If you have questions about my media classification, please let me know and I'm happy to address them.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not, and I would like text-searchable documents.

Dear Mr Durden and Mr Moore,
Thanks for your letter regarding the FOIA request you've classified as FA-18-0195.
I had initially send this request to the U.S. Army Freedom of Information Office on 7th November. They replied the same day that I should send the request to DHR Fort Bragg, which is what I did on that day (7th Nov).
Now, you are referring me back to the U.S. Army Freedom of Information Office.
Could you please check within the army who has the documents that I have requested ?
Thanks in advance. Best regards,
Emmanuel

Your request was forwarded to the Medical Command FOIA Office and not U.S. Army FOIA office.
