Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Details about meetings held between Beacon Global Strategies LLC and officials at BIS with regards to:

1) AMD's licensing of x86 architecture to China's Academy of Sciences via a joint venture known as Tianjin Haiguang Advanced Technology Investment Co. Ltd.

2) AMD's involvement in China's High-Performance Computing (aka supercomputing) efforts

Any emails between staff and Beacon Global Strategies LLC and staff at BIS about the above two points.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
