Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any active ambulance transportation contracts for the hospitals at Pine Ridge, Rosebud, or Eagle Butte. This is to include ground and air ambulance operations, and to include 638 contracts such as with Rosebud Ambulance Service. This is also to include any contracts that the Great Plains area has entered into that impact those three facilities, such as the contract that had previously been in place with Eagle Air Med Corporation and Black Hills Life Flight.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

My apologies for the delayed response. At this time your request is number 108 in our 'complex' queue and we process requests in the order they are received. Also, the responsive programs (Rosebud, Pine Ridge and Eagle Butte) continue to search for the requested documents and therefore providing an estimated completion date in unavailable. Once all programs respond then we may be able to provide an estimated completion date.
I'll follow-up with you next, no later than Tuesday, January 17th with an estimated completion date. Thank you.
