Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I'm seeking public records related to two grants issued to the Navajo Nation by the Department of Justice, once in 2007 and again in 2011. The 2007 grant, No. 2007-DD-BX-KO74, is believed to be in the amount of $330,000 and the 2011 grant is believed to be in the amount of $357K.
Also, I am interested in any ancillary documents, grants, electronic filings or any other correspondence related to Amber Alert systems intended to be implemented on the Navajo Nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment.
