This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The Justice Department's "Notice to Close File," regarding the July 5, 2016 killing of Alton Sterling by Baton Rouge Police Department officers at the The Triple S Food Market, 2112 North Foster Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Sterling's death has been documented by the press. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
