Alton Sterling - Notice to Close File

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The Justice Department's "Notice to Close File," regarding the July 5, 2016 killing of Alton Sterling by Baton Rouge Police Department officers at the The Triple S Food Market, 2112 North Foster Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Sterling's death has been documented by the press.
