The records I am requesting have been unavailable for quite a long time. Please provide an expected date of delivery in line with Federal Law.

Please correct your internal "foiaonline.gov" tracking for this request. As Mr. Pollock, a CBP FOIA appeals officer, previously stated, the initial response by CBP was improper and not in line with FOIA law. This request remains open and seeks all records delivered under CBP-2021-084235.
