This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I request all information, documents, records, and communications within the FBI/DOJ regarding the John Kerry for President (2004) campaign communications with and towards the American Muslim community, particularly by the Kerry 2004 Director of Ethic Outreach and Executive Director of the Platform to staffers of or associated with then New York Senator Hillary Clinton's office and activists in New York City, and the American Muslim Taskforce, especially email(s) of 8/2/2004. This information may make reference(s) to a Kerry 2004 document entitled, "Building Bridges to the Muslim American Community" and the Columbia University Campus Anti-War Counter-convention (CAWC) of 8/31/2004. I would like copies of all information, records, emails, phone logs/transcripts, letters, notes, memoranda, and all electronic or non-electronic communications/records/information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This letter is an appeal of my Freedom of Information Act request, request number 1353163-000. I hereby request the following records:
