This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All information in files of the FBI, the Department of Justice, the Railroad Retirement Board, the War Labor Board (from W.W. II), or any information from President Truman's Temporary Commission on Employee Loyalty (TCEL), established by executive order 9835 on November 25, 1946 and consisting of representatives of the Depts. of Justice, State, Treasury and War and the Civil Service Commission, about Irving Miller, date of birth Jan. 29, 1917.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On Feb 13 2013 you sent me a request to show that the subject of my request, Irving Miller, was deceased. On Mar. 8 2013 I sent you a social security index search showing his death in 1971. I should add that Irving Miller is my father, and he died in June of 1971 as the social security index search indicates. I have heard nothing from you in response.
Please let me know the current status of my request.
