Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the identity of the person who submitted the Freedom of Information Act request and results therein from Politico Magazine as it pertains to former United States Air Force (USAF) veteran, Jennifer-Ruth Green with special emphasis on whether her sexual assault report during her time in the USAF in Iraq was requested and released to Politico (time frame of incident, according to Politico, would be March 2009 - December 2009; link to the story https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2022/10/07/shes-black-and-conservative-in-a-democratic-district-is-she-about-to-take-off-politically-00060703).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We received your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)request dated 03 Apr 2023 seeking: “I would like any information, document,record or log report, if any, about the identity of any Congressional membersand/or their staff that inquired about Jennifer Ruth-Green's military recordsand if they received any of Jennifer Ruth-Green's military records. The timeframe any likely request would likely have been from February 2021 to September2022. I am NOT asking for Jennifer Ruth Green's military records, just theidentity of any Congressional member or their staff that may have requested herrecords." Your request was assignedFOIA Case Number 2023-03088-F. Based on our initial review, we believe we cannotprocess your request within the statutory 20 workdays because our organizationhas a significant number of pending FOIA requests. To ensure all requesters are properly servedin the order their requests were received, we have instituted multitrackprocessing of requests. Based on theinformation you provided, we have placed your request in the complex track andhave assigned FOIA Case Number 2023-03088-F to identify your request. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides for thecollection of fees based on the costs of processing a FOIA request and your feecategory. It is determined your requestwill be placed in the "Other" fee category. Please refer to FOIA Case Number 2023-03088-Fon all correspondence to our office. Currently, there are approximately 900 cases that willneed to be processed ahead of your case to comply with 32 CFR, Part 286.8subparagraph (a).
