Good Morning Taylor,

This office is in receipt of your FOIA request dating to July 22, 2019 in which you seek: Electronic records sent to/from, or copied to USCIS.ImmigrationInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov or dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov to include "Akerman LLP" from January 1, 2016 to present.

We can run a request on our end for records regarding USCIS.ImmigrationInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov<mailto:USCIS.ImmigrationInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov> with the word "Akerman LLP," but for records from dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov<mailto:dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov> you will have to file a FOIA with DHS, not USCIS.

Please acknowledge your receipt of this request.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
