Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents containing the targeting of my personal life with harassments, intimidation, and torture as also what was given me to drink by federal agents to hook me up to the neural network and the name of the technology on how my thoughts are read and deciphered and then communicated to another party who then sends images and thoughts into my brain and where this information is stored and who is buying and selling my personal thoughts

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
