Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting all 911 calls from Harrison county sheriff's departments on January 10th 2019. Audio recording or just transcripts
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Our agency is in receipt of your request for 911 calls January 10, 2019. Due to the volume of calls, please narrow your request to a certain time period and not a general date. Due to the 911 calls that may be attached to an active offense that is under investigation, we may not release those calls without subpoena. If you are inquiring about a specific case, please include the name of either the defendant, or suspect, and a location of the call.
