1. Any statistics, tables, or figures, reflecting the total waivers under section 212(d)(3)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act recommended for approval and denial by DOS in Fiscal Year 2019 broken down by total number recommended for approval and total number recommended for denial.
2. Any statistics, tables, or figures, reflecting the total waivers under section 212(d)(3)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act recommended for approval and denial for individuals subject to any drug related inadmissibility ground (sections 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(II) and 212(a)(2)(C) by DOS in Fiscal Year 2019 broken down by total number recommended for approval and total number recommended for denial.
3. Any guidance or memoranda regarding DOS recommendations pursuant of section 212(d)(3)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
