your agency's FOIA request log covering 2018, which includes a field showing the subject of each request and a field for the final disposition.

Further, I request that this document be sent in any digital formats in which it exists (such as PDF and Excel). Under the terms of the E-FOIA Amendments of 1996, Section 5, if a document exists in electronic format, it must be released in that format upon request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Appeal Rights

A FOIA requester may appeal an adverse determination of a FOIA request to the USIBWC Commissioner. 22 C.F.R. ยง 1102.7.The appeal should be addressed to:

The appeal should be clearly identified as such on the envelope and in the letter by labeling it "Freedom of Information Act Appeal" or "Appeal or Records" or the equivalent. An appeal must be filed within 90 days of the receipt of an initial determination (in cases of denials of entire request), or of receipt of any records being made available pursuant to the initial determination (in case of partial denials).
The 2007 FOIA amendments created the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) to offer mediation services to resolve disputes between FOIA requesters and Federal agencies as a non-exclusive alternative to litigation.
