All reports, reviews, investigation results, and and investigation materials regarding the State Department inquiry into the delivery of State Department documents to Lorton Reformatory in 1983 [For reference: http://www.nytimes.com/1983/11/09/us/secret-us-reports-left-in-file-cabinet-sent-to-prison-shop.html]

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
