From: Emmanuel Freudenthal
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any copy of the agreement signed on 17 March 2017 (or a few days before/after) by the US Ambassador Dennis HANKINS and the Guinean Minister of Health Abdourahmane DIALLO regarding the management of Ebola samples.
This is a press report on the signature of that agreement. In the photo, you can see that the third person from the left is Dr Lisa Martel, Country Director of the CDC country office. I am sure she will have a copy of this agreement.

I believe first person on the left is also a CDC staff and I could look up her name if that is useful.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Emmanuel Freudenthal
