Good afternoon, my office responds to CPRA request for Tuolumne County and this is the first time I've seen this request. We will set up a file and my client is searching for records. We will assert exemptions regarding privacy, medical or otherwise, and death scene photos, and redact and remove material accordingly. (Gov't Code §6254(k) incorporating Cal. Const. Art. I, Sec. Good afternoon, the Tuolumne County Sheriff-Coroner responds with the attached two (2) reports responsive to your request. These are all the cases located, but redactions were made to both reports to remove personal private information pursuant to the exemptions already cited. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this response or these records.
