Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the state open records law Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122, I write to request access to and a copy of:

A copy of the list of 9-1-1 and/or non-emergency incident call logs between August 1, 2000, and December 31, 2000 for 3636 N Campbell Ave Apt 60, Tucson AZ 85719.

All incident reports from and relating to 3636 N Campbell Ave Apt 60, Tucson AZ 85719 between August 1, 2000, and December 31, 2000.

I request that you release records for this request on a rolling basis as they become available and in electronic form.

If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.

I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
