Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all files, memos, and communications concerning the humanitarian aid group No More Deaths.
A copy of all communications between the agency and local law enforcement that mention No More Deaths.
A copy of all communications from Cabeza Prieta Wildlife Refuge Manager Sidney Slone that include the words "No More Deaths" or the acronym "NMD."
Any police citations that mention No More Deaths or the names of some of its members: Scott Warren, Natalie Renee Hoffman, Oona Meagan Holcomb, Madeline Abbe Huse, and Zaachila I. Orozco-McCormick.
Any communications regarding changes made to the access-permit application for the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge and the Barry M. Goldwater bombing grounds in 2017, including language that prohibits leaving food and water on these federal lands.
I request that I be properly classified as a news media requester. I am an intern for MuckRock, and I am requesting this information in that editorial capacity. MuckRock is widely known for its investigative work as well as historical pieces based on public records requests.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have a few follow-up requests, if you don't mind.
First, I'd like a copy of the two attachments that Maria Singleton sent to Peter Smith in a Feb. 5, 2018 email regarding "ALVAREZ / CRUCIFORM CARPENTER". I've attached the email text for your reference.
I'd also like a copy of the two attachments that Robert Koumal sent you in an email on May 2, 2018, re: "C900_Charle Bell Rd._CPNWR_Pacheo Public Request." That email is also attached for your reference.
I would also like a copy of the public records request filed by No More Deaths, which is referenced in emails sent from June 3-June 6 between Joseph Cameron and Gilbert Dominguez, and the responsive documents sent to them. The email is also attached for your reference.
In addition, I would like the 911 call recordings requested by NYTimes reporter Leah Varjacques in an email last month, also attached for your reference. To be specific, this request is for "all recordings, in their entirety, from the past 6 months of 911 phone calls made to Pima County Sheriff that were transferred to Border Patrol." I would, however, like the search to be updated so I can get all phone calls up until now -- if this means extending the time parameters to the past 7 or 8 months, that's fine.
I'd also like a copy of the public records request, and any responsive documents to it, filed by ACLU Arizona attorney Billy Peard. This request is referenced in a Feb. 15, 2018 email sent by you to Sean Holguin; I've attached that email for reference.
I'd also like a copy of the NDS Work Order re: a domestic violence/aggravated assault incident involving James Warren and Scott Warren, referenced in an October 22, 2017 email from Matthew Ford. This email is attached for your reference.
I'd also like a copy of the "Henthorn/Giglio" request issued by the Assistant U.S. Attorney's office, as well as all responsive documents sent in response to it. The request is referenced in a November 2017 email sent by paralegal Juanalyn Case, which I've also attached for reference.
I'd also like a copy of any notes or communications between border patrol agent Jarrett Lenker and Lt. Robert Koumal, Deputy Francis Rovi, and Deputy Maurice Othic concerning the pre-trial meeting that Othic and Rovi attended on June 6, 2018 at the Ajo Border Patrol Station. This meeting is referenced in a June 4, 2018 email from Lenker, which is attached for reference.

If I'm mistaken I wouldn't appreciate some help identifying what I'm missing, but I can't access the files referenced in Maria Singleton's email titled "Alvarez - Cruciform Carpenter.pdf" and "Legal Violations.pdf"
I also did not find a copy of the two pdfs labeled "C900_Charlie Bell Rd." included in the email Lt. Koumal sent you in May 2018. Can you please point me to where these are in the files you sent me, or if they aren't there, sent me them separately?

In the third paragraph for example; there are 39 CD's regarding the information that was compiled and provided to the requestor. If we duplicate this request, this cost will be $195.00.
This does not include the additional requests after this one.

The third paragraph was referring to the No More Deaths request. The paragraph you are referring to were the calls transferred to BP requested by NYTimes.
Please let me know if you would like to rescind the No More Deaths follow up request or if you prefer that I complete the request as written. If the No More Deaths request is not included, the $195.00 cost would not be included. I don't have an exact amount as I have not gotten through all of the request yet.
Please let me know what you would like to modify if anything and I will continue to pull the information.
