Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Instructure that were active between 1/1/2018 and 1/1/2024.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Please define or show me an example of the following: data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, agreement documents with Instructure. I cannot proceed with a clear understanding of what you are asking for.
Thank you so much. This is a very large request so I will have to work up cost estimate for gathering 6 years of data. If you want to narrow your scope, it may not take as much time.

I apologize but I was reading way too much into your request. Are you only wanting this information as it relates to the company Instructure? I thought you were asking for all of the district's contracts, MOUs, etc with every entity for 6 years. But going back through to make sure we are providing everything you ask for, the word Instructure stood out to me now as a company.

I received an email from you today wanting to know when you can expect a response from your February 7th request. I responded to you and included the documents attached on February 8th at 2:30 p.m.
You have asked for Terms of Service and the terms of service are included in these documents. There are no other existing documents that describe Terms of Service other than what I have provided on Feb. 8th, Feb. 2nd and then again today.

Which document is the actual contract? These appear to be order forms, quotes, and invoices.
