Timberlawn inspection documents

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents provided to "The Dallas Morning News" regarding Timberlawn Mental Health System. For reference: https://www.dallasnews.com/news/investigations/2016/03/03/safety-woes-could-shut-down-timberlawn-dallas-largest-psychiatric-hospital

If determining what these records were is more burdensome than convenient, then please interpret this as requesting the following: copies of all inspection reports and all relevant documents concerning the reported attempt to revoke Timberlawn's licensure.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
