Mr. Petti –
The Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) has received your email request for course materials related to the threat liaison officer basic courses taught by the Austin Regional Intelligence Center on December 10, 2019 and December 12, 2019 at CAPCOG. CAPCOG only provided physical space for this training and we do not have any of the materials for this course. There is no MOU for the use of the space. We have attached copies of emails between CAPCOG staff and a contact at ARIC with regard to arrangements for this training.
Please let me know if you have any difficulty with the attachments.
* No electronic communication by a CAPCOG employee may legally obligate the agency
Thanks so much for your help with this request! I really appreciate it.
