Some of the responsive contracts have been the subject of prior requests that resulted in letter rulings from the Office of the Attorney General. Any such contracts have been withheld, released, or redacted in accordance with the relevant rulings and copies of those rulings have also been provided to you. Finally, Pepsi requested some redactions to their agreements, which we have made in accordance with your permission under Texas Gov't Code § 552.110.
