Please limit the search to the dates 1/1/2017 - 3/27/2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Are you seeking any and all documents including confidential or do you agree to the redacting of information that we find to fall within an exception of the Public Information Act without seeking an Attorney General (AG) ruling? If you choose the any and all option we may seek an AG ruling.

Thank you for your response. When we release the information you requested, any redactions we make will be accompanied by a citation to the Public Information Act exception that allows the redaction or to the statute that makes the information confidential.
We are also seeking clarification regarding the extent of your request. The Public Information Act allows the Department to charge for the labor and overhead needed to comply with your request. As it stands, your request encompasses thousands of emails that could take dozens of hours to fulfill. Before we send you a cost estimate, would you like to provide any additional clarification that would narrow the scope of your request? For example, is there a specific subject you are seeking emails on or a more specific date range? Or is there any subject you wish to exclude from your request?
Please note if you do not respond in writing by 61 days from today, your request for public information will be considered withdrawn by operation of law.

I would like the date range limited to 1/1/17 - 3/31/17. Please exclude any emails that are part of a mailing list or subscription service - I am only interested in actual communications to/from employees.

We estimate ten percent of those are mailing list or subscription service items and have subtracted those from the estimate. All emails between the individuals in my original request. That is to say that I am only seeking emails from one of those individuals to another of those individuals (cc is also requested). Please let me know if I need to clarify further.
