From:

I found online that you requested records for my son Sebastian Alexander Zapata, DOB 08/27/1995 (PIR # 19-3894), and TX DPS denied that request giving some BS excuse. I can tell you why they will not provide the records, it's because they have so much to hide and be ashamed of. There have been so many dishonest and malicious things done with this case. We have proof of some of their lies, and they have come after my son with a stronger vengeance because we are exposing some of their lies and corruption involved in sex sting operation cases where police pretend to be catching "child predators" on adult sites, for self serving purposes.

They want to claim that the records contain sensitive information about a minor victim. I can tell you who that made up story is about, and I can provide you with the video evidence that proves police completely created that story. I have the video of the fake polygraph where the psychopath officer forced made up stories that would make him happy. Then he took one of the very obvious made up story (from watching the video) and took it further by turning it into exactly what he (the psychopath officer) wanted it to be, to make himself happy.

The supposed victim was never even talked to, and her parents were never informed of any of this (not by them they weren't). I am the one who informed them, and they were very upset and disturbed that police had dragged their daughter into this for their own sick and twisted desires.

The only reason the prosecutor chose to not use this huge lie at trial, as she initially had intended to do (as her own submitted document shows) is because I pointed out how wrong and disturbing it was for police to have done this. She also found out that we have the video to prove it. It's evidence that is very damaging to the state. That is just one piece of evidence we have of the lies they create to get the convictions they desperately want for the made up crimes they create.

They made Sebastian's information private because they know we are working on taking his story public. Therefore, they have to limit the information they put out about what they did, because they know very well that it is very damaging to them, if anything.

Sebastian and I are very happy to answer any questions about any of this.

Thank you,

Aracely Yates

P.S. In the attached files are Sebastian's statement and a timeline of most of what has happened up to recently. I have kept documentation of everything as it's been happening. I have so much more than just this. I am more than happy to provide you with any information you want about this.
