Our query for responsive information has resulted in a voluminous amount of emails being found (over 1400). Please help us narrow the scope of your request by decreasing the timeframe and reducing the number of listed individuals. Additionally, records that would be in the possession of Chancellor John Sharp and members of the Texas A&M Board of Regents are not maintained by the university. This portion of your request will need to be directed to the System Offices of The Texas A&M University System. Please submit your open records request to the System Offices on the following web page: http://www.tamus.edu/legal/open-records/open-records-request/ or by email to openrecords@tamus.edu. From: Wesley Lowery

To make sure I'm understanding, you're saying that there are more than 1400 emails regarding the hire of Kathleen McElroy between May 1, 2023 and July 25, 2023 sent or received by President Katherine M. Banks, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Alan Sams, College of Arts and Sciences Interim Dean Jose Luis Bermudez and Hart Blanton, communication and journalism department?

If so, please provide all of those emails. This is a narrow request: It involves communication from 4 specific people, on 1 specific topic, for a 2 month period. No further narrowing should be required.
