-Any communication (emails, text messages) sent or received by Chancellor John Sharp concerning Joy Alonzo, the investigation into her public remarks about Lt. Gov Dan Patrick, the subsequent investigation into her, or the fallout from that investigation being disclosed publicly

The information found responsive to the first item of your request is available and can be obtained by visiting the and logging in from the “My Request Center” tab. Per your affirmative response to the "Redaction Statement" giving us permission to redact information subject to mandatory and discretionary exceptions, we have redacted and/or withheld information excepted under the following sections of the Texas Government Code: 552.024 (Electing to Disclose Address and Telephone Number) and 552.137 (Confidentiality of Certain Email Addresses). Additionally, some of the information requested was the subject of an open records request previously received by our office. We requested a decision letter from the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to withhold some of the information and they ruled in our favor. We are still relying on the attached ruling letter and have withheld information in accordance with the OAG's previously issued letter.
