Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The salary amount for the years 2014 - 2020 for all of the Grand Prairie ISD employees who have worked 19 years in the district or more who serve in the position "Academic Facilitator" or "Assistant Principal" within the district. Even if they started out as a teacher and worked their way up. I want the data showing salary and position changes over the past 6 years.
I am also asking that you provide the following information to see when they received the following please provide dates
A bachelor's degree, usually in an education or related field.
A state teaching certification.
A master's degree or higher in a field like educational leadership or school administration.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

We have started the process of compiling documents responsive to your request.
We can provide you with Excel spreadsheets for each year requested with Academic Facilitator and Assistant Principal positions listed, with salaries corresponding to that year. A separate excel spreadsheet will have each person's highest degree level and certification.
This information will not have a cost associated.
If you want us to produce it including other degrees, it will take up to three weeks of programming which will cost $15/hour up to $1,800.
Please let me know how you would like us to move forward.

I am asking how many total that are still employed with the district that fit the request that I am asking for data on so that I can figure out why this request is taking so long to fill. Are we talking 100 or 1,000? When will your initial spreadsheet be ready? You stated the following below on 6/23/20

The first set of documents by year are historical views of employees who were coded as Assistant Principals or Facilitators during those years. The last document is labeled "AP AF 19 years or more 2014-2020." That's the one with employees with 19 or more years coded as an AP or Facilitator in each of the years requested.
