Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any available copies of the anti-human trafficking plans submitted by Circuit of the Americas ("COTA") for its Formula 1 race for the past five years.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Nash,

This email is in response to your public information request to the Office of the Governor ("OOG"), received by the OOG on February 21, 2019. A copy of your request follows this email.

The OOG requested an open records letter ruling from the Office of the Attorney General as to whether the information responsive to your request was excepted from disclosure under the Public Information Act. On May 9, 2019, the Office of the Attorney General issued Open Records Letter Ruling No. 2019-12439 (2019). That ruling concludes the information at issue must be released.
