Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails, notes, presentations, complaints, incident reports, text messages, and other digital records relating to or mentioning the Chucky Amber Alert or Glen amber alert (referenced here: https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2021/02/02/amber-alert-chucky-doll-childs-play/). Any emails that mention the word "Chucky." Please search from Jan 1, 2020 through the time this request is processed.
These records will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and technology site.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
