Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of any records pertaining to the decision to remove the April 29, 2022, editorial published by the Tiger Times at Texas High School.
2. A copy of any records reflecting any "disruption" engendered by the April 29, 2022, editorial.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for providing that response. As a further request under the Texas Public Information Act, can you provide me with any records pertaining to the April 29, 2022, edition of the student newspaper, the editorial in question, any decision about whether to remove or edit it?
This should include any emails, memoranda, text messages, or voicemail messages. Please exclude any records held exclusively by students or any advisor to the newspaper (i.e., please do not search their records -- any search should be limited to records possessed by administrators or non-teaching staff.)
