Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting any and all agreements Tennessee State University has entered into with any online program manager or external entity for the purposes of facilitating online post-secondary educational services, including records describing the financial or business partnership between Tennessee State University and its online program managers. For clarity, I am formally requesting all contracts, agreements, and/or memoranda of understanding between Tennessee State University and third-parties involved in the development, provision, or management of online programs.

I also am requesting copies of the self-study and evaluation team reports from the three most recent institutional accreditation (or re-accreditation) reviews.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
