Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All email communications where Jim Bryson is either the sender, recipient, CC'ed, or BCC'ed, sent between the dates of 6/15/2022 and 9/30/2023 and containing at least one of the following keywords: "MALETA", "Multi Agency Law Enforcement Training Academy", "529/017-01-2021-06" or "TDOC." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

One of your search terms will significantly slow the production of the records you have asked for. It’s the request for all email boxes containing the acronym “TDOC.” If you can possibly make this more specific, this will take considerably less time to produce.

Ok, let me know if you’ve received this.
The emails were reviewed by legal counsel, and several were withheld for deliberative process privilege. I’ve asked how many were withheld and I’ll get that to you – but I promised to get these to you today and I wanted to make good on that. I can follow up on a number later today or this weekend.
